Job Title: Channel sales manager

Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for managing sales through our partner channel in Australia. The ideal candidate will possess a background in multiple disciplines of channels sales, including resellers, systems integrators, ISVs and OEMs. At SugarCRM, the Alliance team deepens their understanding of business and strategic issues, exercise a passion for critical thinking, refine their interpersonal skills, and fortify their capacity for disciplined analysis. We currently have an opening for a Channel Sales Manager based in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of Quarterly Business Reviews with both the partner and SugarCRM management.

Job Title: Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is responsible for removing roadblocks that prevent the advancement of the sale. These roadblocks present themselves in many forms and require the SE understand all facets of Sugar as both an application and a platform; the SE is the resident SugarCRM expert among both our internal and extended sales teams.
