ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
In your role, you will have one or more of the following responsibilities.
- Analyze requirements, design, develop and deliver high quality software using the latest technologies and innovations in a timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into engineering requirements. Review and sign off on requirements documents.
- Write functional and design specification documents and drive sign-off. Interface with developers, QA, Documentation & Customer Support teams as needed.
- Architect, design, develop, test, or troubleshoot features or functions. Interact cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization lines. Participate in full product life cycle development.
- You will play a role in architecture, design and development of software products.
- You will lead/manage/co-ordinate projects with minimal supervision, driving cross-functional teams, leveraging your technical knowledge and project management experience.
- You will mentor new developers as they come on board.
- You will be reviewing and enforcing processes and tools, and help contribute in continuous improvements of engineering development methodologies.
- You will work closely with product management, engineering and QA to deliver industry-leading solutions. Write functional and design specifications, perform code and design reviews.
- You will be responsible for ensuring high product quality by enforcing throrough design and testing.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Hands-on expertise in a wide variety of software, programming tools, and systems is a requirement.
- Test plan and Test design preparation through review of engineering level documents, execution of test cases through the product release phases, and ownership of test networks/fabrics and configurations.
- Will work with other test engineers and developers as we progress through project phases.
- Good project management skills, problem solving skills, excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment are a must.
