Job Title: Pega Lead System Architect

Function as a Lead Architect and lead teams of technical and business professionals focused on building, maintaining and supporting PRPC solutions. The Lead Solution Architect will work in a dynamic team environment where he/she will mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design and development activities for major components of Pega PRPC solutions as per technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices
  • Possess advanced understanding of PRPC architecture, tools and frameworks
  • Translate business requirements into design/application builds
  • Contribute to best practice definitions and critically reviews work of other team members
  • Expands knowledge of industry/verticals
  • Lead and participates in project teams and provide status reports on project progress and outstanding issues and drive the delivery of assigned tasks on schedule
  • Uses and promotes the use of best practice project management and testing tools
  • Executes other responsibilities and key result areas as assigned.
Functional Expertise:
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development process
  • Proficient in one or more of the business processes from particular industry/vertical including Finance, Healthcare or Insurance. Understanding of business processes related to key solution areas like:
  • New Business
  • CRM/CPM
  • Servicing Backbone
  • Risk, Fraud and Compliance
  • Understands large-scale system implementation processes and methods
  • Proficient with technology-based tools and processes
  • Committed to continuous learning and development
  • Customer service orientation
Experience:
  • 5 years of PRPC experience - 10 years of overall IT experience in Enterprise Applications.
  • Experience with one or more Integration and/or BPM technologies including TIBCO, IBM Web Sphere, Lombardi, Oracle Fusion etc. and experience with SOA, Web Services, SOAP, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL and/or EJB. Strong object oriented design and
  • Client facing experience is a must
  • Pega Certification is required
  • Domain expertise in one of the following verticals including Financial Services, Insurance or HealthCare is a plus
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience, RUP/Agile





Job Title: Pega Senior Business Architect

Function as a Business Architect taking lead role working directly with the customer and owning the design aspect for industry specific business solutions using Pega PRPC and its Solution Frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead and assist with identifying and defining requirements, process flows, use cases, user interface and drafts during Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions with the customers. Lead across all phases (inception through user acceptance and testing).
  • Ensure the delivered product meets functional requirements based on business requirements defined and approved by the client. Work with the technical architects and the customer across all phases of implementation.
  • Familiar with Pega Smart BPM methodology and the ability to teach the same to clients
  • Experience with industry standard methodologies such as SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM
  • Leverage industry experience and solution frameworks knowledge to consult and influence the customer's direction.
  • Work with the Engagement Lead and the LSA in scoping and sizing of the projects
  • Assist the Practice leader in pursuit of new opportunities and solution development
  • Mentor and train junior developers and customer staff as needed
  • Possess advanced understanding of PRPC architecture, tools and frameworks

Minimum Requirements and Education

  • BA/BS Degree, Masters preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in analysis, requirements gathering, design and development of enterprise applications
  • Experience as a business user in Finance, Insurance, Healthcare or Life Sciences
  • Experience working with diverse teams of business users in customer organizations
  • Experience in interfacing with business users, IT, QA and support groups
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and requirements management
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Experience with any Business Process Management (BPM) product, preferably Pega PRPC

Certifications:

  • Certified Business Architect (CBA) certification





Job Title: Tibco Architects

Relevant Experience:
  • Create and presented TIBCO Roadmap, Implementation methodology and the typical project lifecycle with clear action items for both IT and business
  • Define and design
  • Prepare integration and functional test plans in conjunction with business analyst and technical team lead
  • Articulating the architectural vision, gathering client requirements, conceptualizing and proposing alternative Business Integration architectural approaches and validating the architecture against requirements.
  • Well conversant with the dynamics of interaction and analysis of client requirements and getting a buy in from the client on proposed Business Integration solution.

Highly proficient in Business Integration solution architecture, design, development and maintenance of Integration Solutions.





Job Title: ASIC / SoC Verification Engineers (Digital)

Locations : Sunnyvale, CA; San Diego, CA

Key qualifying skills :
  • Should have experience working in full life-cycle ASIC / SoC (spec to tape-out) and unit level validation projects.
  • SystemVerilog and any of these - OVM, UVM, VMM
  • Understand the concept of random test generation, coverage
  • Familiar with coverage points and SV assertion
  • Strong background in Verilog
  • Scripting language (any) : Perl, Tcl, Python
Highly desirable (any) :
  • Past experience in Intel SoC
  • x86 experience





Job Title: Software Engineers (Embedded and Firmware)

Locations : Sunnyvale, CA; San Diego, CA

Key qualifying skills:
  • Strong background in C programming
  • Scripting languages (any): Perl, Lua, Expect, Tcl/Tk, Python
  • Should have demonstrable experience in development of device drivers, memory management and infrastructure components.
  • Embedded applications development
  • Demonstrable experience with multi-process programming, IPC, event loop and asynchronous I/O
  • Working knowledge of multi-core programming will be a definite edge.
Highly desirable:
  • Kernel level driver development
  • C++ programming skills
  • Prior experience doing system integration testing and/or developing test development environments
